Reporting to the Head of Group Procurement & Strategic Sourcing, the Manager, Supplier Performance Management is responsible for leading BSP’s supplier governance framework across all procurement categories. This role drives supplier performance, risk management and relationship management activities while ensuring consistent governance practices that support business objectives and strengthen supplier value. Working closely with Category Managers, Procurement Operations and key stakeholders, you will provide critical supplier insights that inform sourcing decisions, improve supplier outcomes and support a high-performing procurement function.

What you will do
- Develop and manage supplier scorecards, performance metrics and quarterly business review processes across all procurement categories.
- Monitor supplier performance, risk and compliance, escalating issues and driving corrective actions where required.
- Manage supplier relationships and maintain BSP’s Preferred Supplier List (PSL) governance framework.
- Partner with Category Managers and Procurement Operations to support contract renewals, supplier development initiatives and procurement decision-making.
- Analyse supplier performance data and provide insights that contribute to category strategies and sourcing outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with BSP’s procurement policies, AML/CTF requirements and broader governance obligations.

Education: Degree or higher · Experience: 5+ years
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years’ experience in supplier management, vendor management, category management or procurement.
- Proven experience designing and managing supplier scorecards, performance metrics and business review frameworks.
- Strong understanding of supplier governance, risk management and compliance processes.
- Experience maintaining Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs) or similar supplier governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing skills.
- Professional membership such as CIPS.
- Experience within banking, financial services or another highly regulated environment.
- Knowledge of procurement, vendor management and contract governance best practices.
