To deliver verified job matching across PNG's 22 provinces, WokHap collects only information necessary for professional employment facilitation:
Full name, email address, contact telephone, home province/district (e.g. NCD, Morobe, Eastern Highlands), highest education level attained, graduation year, and field of study.
PNG professional certifications including CPA PNG, IEPNG, PNG Medical Board, NATTB Trade certifications, PNG Law Society Practising Certificates, and commercial driver's licence classes.
Curriculum Vitae (CV / Résumé), academic transcripts, certificates, police clearance records, and referee details uploaded directly to your private applicant vault.
Audit logs, device identifiers, and IP addresses recorded exclusively for fraud detection, scam reporting, and cybercrime defense under the Cybercrime Code Act 2016.
3. WokHap AI & Privacy
WokHap incorporates artificial intelligence to power match fit scoring, readiness gap analysis, and tailored application pitches:
- On-Demand Execution: WokHap AI processes your CV and job criteria only when you explicitly trigger analysis. It does not automatically run or transmit your data without your action.
- Zero Data Selling: Your CV contents, personal phone numbers, and profile qualifications are never sold, leased, or traded to third-party marketing brokers or advertising networks.
- Purpose-Restricted Processing: Data submitted to WokHap AI is utilized solely to evaluate career readiness against verified PNG employer requirements and formulate customized pitch drafts.
4. Data Storage, Security & Retention
All user data and uploaded employment documents are safeguarded using enterprise-grade infrastructure:
- Row Level Security (RLS): Database-enforced isolation guarantees that your uploaded documents and private profile can only be accessed by your authenticated user ID.
- End-to-End Encryption: All communications between your browser or mobile PWA and WokHap servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
- Document Storage: Resumes and certificates are stored in private encrypted storage buckets with expiring, signed access URLs.
5. Your Legal Rights & Data Control
Under WokHap's privacy standard, every user maintains complete autonomy over their data:
- Right to Access & Rectify: You can view, update, or edit your qualifications, documents, and contact details at any time from your profile drawer.
- Right to Erasure (Account Deletion): You have the absolute right to delete your account permanently. Selecting account deletion completely removes your profile, saved jobs, AI evaluations, and uploaded CV files from our storage.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can disconnect or cease using AI career advisor tools at any point.
