Reporting to the Head of Group Procurement & Strategic Sourcing, the Senior Manager, Facilities Category Management is responsible for leading BSP's facilities sourcing and category management strategy. The role oversees procurement activities across leasing, facilities, and building services to ensure commercial value, robust supplier partnerships, and compliance governance.

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing, contracting and purchasing activities across BSP's leasing, facilities and building services categories.
- Develop and execute category strategies that deliver sustainable value, cost efficiencies and operational effectiveness.
- Negotiate lease agreements, facilities management contracts and building services arrangements to achieve favourable commercial outcomes.
- Drive supplier due diligence, contract governance and compliance activities, including AML/KYC and anti-bribery requirements.
- Analyse category spend, identify cost-saving opportunities and provide insights and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Partner with Facilities operational teams and key stakeholders to support procurement outcomes while ensuring clear accountability and governance.

Education: Degree or higher · Experience: 3+ years
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Property, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in category management, procurement, facilities sourcing or property-related procurement
- Demonstrated experience negotiating lease agreements and facilities or building services contracts
- Strong knowledge of facilities sourcing, lease structures and contract management practices
- Experience analysing spend data, managing supplier relationships and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Strong stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiation and influencing skills
- Professional membership such as CIPS
- Experience within banking, financial services or another regulated environment
- Knowledge of building compliance documentation requirements and vendor governance practices
